Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2025-10-14

0xAmr.site is committed to a privacy-first experience: we load only essential site features by default and run optional analytics only if you allow it.

1) Quick summary

  • Essential cookies/local storage only by default (for security and core functionality).
  • Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs only if you grant consent in our banner.
  • We don’t sell your data. We share limited data with our analytics vendor as described below.

2) Who we are

This site is operated by 0xAmr.site. Contact: root@0xAmr.site.

3) What we collect

When you browse: we process minimal technical data needed to serve pages securely (e.g., IP address in web server logs, user agent). These logs are used for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.

When you consent to analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Consent Mode v2. If consent is denied, Google records only cookieless pings without identifiers. If consent is granted, GA4 may set cookies to better measure visits and events.

When you contact us: if you email us, we’ll receive your email address and any information you provide.

4) Cookies & local storage

We keep storage to a minimum:

  • Essential (default): security/session-related data, CSRF protection, rate-limits, and your consent.v2 preference (localStorage) so we don’t nag you every visit.
  • Analytics (optional): set by Google Analytics 4 only if you click “Allow analytics”.

On first visit, all optional categories are set to denied. If you click “Allow analytics,” we grant only analytics_storage. Ad-related categories (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain denied.

  • Essential operations & security: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Communications (email): performance of a contract or legitimate interests, depending on context (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).

7) Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Vendor: Google Ireland Limited. We implement GA4 with Consent Mode v2. By default, consent is denied and GA4 receives only limited, non-identifying signals. If you grant analytics consent, GA4 may use cookies to improve measurement.

Signals we control via Consent Mode: analytics_storage (optional), ad_storage (denied), ad_user_data (denied), ad_personalization (denied). We also enable IP anonymization.

8) Sharing & disclosures

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with Google as our analytics provider (subject to your consent) and with infrastructure providers that host and secure this website. Disclosures may occur where required by law.

9) Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and operations. Analytics data retention follows our GA4 property settings (aggregate statistics may be retained longer). Emails are retained as long as needed to handle your request.

10) International transfers

Google may process analytics data on servers outside the EU. We apply Consent Mode and IP anonymization to reduce identifiers; transfers rely on Google’s safeguards and standard contractual clauses.

11) Your rights (EU/EEA)

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (see “Manage preferences”).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

12) Security

We use HTTPS, hardened server configs, and least-privilege access. No method is perfect, but we review controls periodically.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this page to reflect changes in features or law. We’ll adjust the “Last updated” date accordingly.
